Counterweight Project
Landing page text: The Counterweight Project considers how a future administration committed to the rule of law could most effectively engage with a Supreme Court that has a very different view of what the Constitution means, requires, and allows. Today’s Court has taken on an outsized role with respect to the other branches, undermining the federal government’s ability to deliver for the American people.
