Executive Director Vanita Gupta was one of eight experts asked by The New York Times to answer a series of questions about election security and voter confidence before the 2026 midterm elections.
“Excessive doomsday talk and disinformation can cause voters to stay home when actually they have the power to protect our elections through high voter turnout,” she told the Times.
